After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Moscow has been artificially creating and maintaining various centres of tension, in order to maintain its influence on the formers Soviet republics. Misleading the world society, under the appearance of peacemakers, the country has been constantly frightening and impeding the development of the young states during many years. A vivid example of this is Moldova and Georgia.
The behaviour of the Russian Federation in relation to these countries as a mediator, reveals the fact that it is impossible to solve their territorial integrity. The puppet regimes in Transnistria, Abhazia and South Osethia were formed at the command of Moscow in order not to permit the moving the countries off Russia. It is obvious, that in this situation the country cannot act as a peacemaker. This is absurd. By the russian understandings, the solving of the state systems of these three countries depends entirely of their obedience and docileness to the Russia Federation.
It is a pity the actual behaviour related to those who recently helped Russia in solving its problems. Moscow has already forgotten that these nations helped her during the war against fascism, various absurd economical projects, and played a great part in the economic and military development of Russia(during the Soviet Union the most important economic and military objects were built on the actual territory of Russia). As a gratitude, the most briliant personalities of these nations were shot, deported or declared as disidents. When these countries decided to take up a more perspective and progressive way of development, not interfering whatsoever with the friendship with Russia, they were punished at once. This way, Russia tells us that it can be friend to those who are ready to be slaves only.Georgia has understood a long time ago, that the solving the problem of the unrecognized republics has not made any progress is entirely the fault of Russia. More than that, Russia tries to postpone the solving of this conflict, contributing to the intensification of the crysis.Moscow cynically declares of a friendship with the georgian people, fortifying its military presence in the region.
In this situation, when it became obvious that with Russia as a mediator, the problem with the unrecognized regimes in Abhazia and South Osethia will not be solved, the actions of georgian authorities of territorial integrity must be considered legitimate.
Undoubtedly, there are always victims and destructions as a result of any military actions. That is to be pitiable. However, all the responsibility of all that happened must be bore by Russia, who has had a cynical and an unfriednly politics related to their neighbours for the last 20 years. Russia has greatly exceeded its authority towards Georgia. Now, the country has fully started its propagandistic machine, lying to the whole world, distortioning the numbers ten times. However, it must be clear for all, that Russia acts as an agressor, and unfortunately, is causing to people destructions and sufferings lately. It happened in Chechenia, it happens again in Georgia.
