The company was founded in 1994 by a group of engineers specialized in "Shipbuilding". The main activities are the construction of recreational boats. The secondary activities are the fabrication of fiberglass or steel structure for industry or on demand, the reparation of aluminium boats, fiberglass or steel.

The company currently produces and proposes to trade the following products:
